To support our growing team in London, we are looking for an Office Manager/HR Assistant on a fulltime onsite basis.
The tasks:
1. General maintenance and upkeep of the office space and supplies.
2. Organization of internal and external events as well as travel management.
3. Answering incoming calls and receiving guests.
4. Be responsible for the accounting of office and team purchases.
5. Preparatory bookkeeping and travel expense accounting.
6. Communicating with the building management.
7. Assist HR Managers with drafting contracts, visa support, holiday/overtime tracking and other general administration.
8. Managing the on and off boarding of our artists in the London office.
Ideally you will have:
9. 1-2 years experience in an office environment
10. A proactive attitude and be able to work independently
11. Experience in handling sensitive data in accordance with privacy laws
12. A structured, reliable, and organized work style
13. Strong knowledge of Office and HR tools (MS Office, Excel and ticketing systems)
