Your mission As an Account Executive (Enterprise) at mama health, you will own new business from first touch to signature for our Pharma Platform. You will: Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: targeting & outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close, consistently building and converting pipeline. Become a true product expert and lead crisp, convincing demos: full mastery of the platform, key use cases, and the value story for different pharma functions. Drive stakeholder management across complex enterprise orgs: map decision-makers, build urgency, align internal champions, and steer the process through procurement and legal. Craft commercially strong proposals and business cases, translating patient insights and real-world data into clear ROI, strategic relevance, and differentiated positioning. Operate with high rigor: maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting, and weekly pipeline discipline to hit targets predictably. Your profile Enterprise SaaS sales experience: 2–6 years selling software, with a proven track record closing complex deals and managing longer sales cycles. Enterprise client experience is required. German or American native speaker: You’re also fully fluent in English and German, and comfortable leading senior conversations. Full-funnel ownership: You can prospect, qualify, run discovery, demo confidently, handle objections, negotiate, and close. Product-led selling mindset: You learn fast, go deep and can explain complex products simply. You enjoy building strong demo narratives and tailoring the pitch to the buyer. Commercial sharpness: You’re structured, persuasive, and resilient. You know how to create momentum, manage multiple threads and drive decisions.
