This role focuses on driving manuscript submissions, enhancing journal reputation, and supporting editors, societies, and researchers across global markets. Collaborate with publishers, Editors in Chief and editorial boards to shape strategic priorities. Track KPIs including marketing channel performance, submission trends, conversion rates, downloads, and marketing attribution. Analyse journal performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Support society relationships through reports, presentations, and marketing plans. Optimize author outreach content, onboarding materials, submission guides, nurture emails, and workflow communications. You inspire us with this Experience in scholarly publishing, medical communications, or academic marketing (typically 3–5 years). Ability to manage multiple journals and stakeholders in a matrix environment. Strong understanding of the academic publishing workflows, Open Access models. Excellent writing and communication skills tailored to scientific audiences. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (email automation, CRM, analytics, academic social networks).
