Your Responsibilities
Installation, Integration and calibration of electron microscope systems.
* Troubleshooting, diagnose and repair of electron microscope systems.
* Ensure product functionality according to the specifications.
* Adjust tool parameters to meet the customers needs.
* Run correlation tests on newly installed tool.
* Train customer engineers on operation of electron microscope tool.
* Delivery of customer application trainings and technical workshops.
* Collect, evaluate and provide customer requirements for consideration in product improvements and new product developments.
* Handle short term projects and achieve results by applying project management methodology.
Your Qualifications
University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or comparable discipline.
* >5 years' relevant experience in semiconductor metrology business.
* Proven experience in handling of electron microscope scan solutions.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects / project management skills.
* Ability and motivation to work in project teams in a global environment.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and to work under pressure.
* Driver license and willing to travel
