Opportunity Overview
The Marketing Specialist intern for Global Customer Services will be responsible for projects related to market research, service pricing analysis, and spare parts management. Responsibilities include project planning, organizing a team, collaborating with global team members, and presenting progress and results. Additional tasks may include developing and maintaining a project dashboard, developing a service lifecycle strategy, and other analysis of service pricing and market traits.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement projects to contribute to the product roadmap.
* Conduct market research, including developing an approach and summarizing results.
* Evaluating current business processes and diagnosing areas for improvement.
* Identify, prioritize, and implement additional business process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Current student in an associate or bachelor’s degree program in Marketing/Finance/Business
* Working knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables) and the Microsoft suite
* A problem solver with a positive attitude.
* We are a global business and occasional off-hours conference calls are required.
* Occasional travel may be required for successful execution.
* English fluency required.
* Result oriented and utilize resourceful thinking to achieve the desired results.
* Develop an understanding of our service products and their markets.
* Strong in building relationships and team player mindset.
