This role involves leading the DACH Operating Room Solutions to deliver three critical business strategies:
1. Defend & grow the core business

Mölnlycke Health Care is a world-leading medical solutions company, designing and supplying products to enhance healthcare performance. The Business Director ORS DACH will oversee commercial sales and marketing efforts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, based ideally in Germany.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute business plans and strategies to grow sales and profits, including setting goals and metrics.
2. Business Performance Delivery: Lead commercial operations, manage budgets, oversee sales management, and develop distributor channels.
3. Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams, fostering a positive culture.

* Bachelor’s degree in business; MBA preferred
