Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and a digital mindset? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to contribute to the success of a world-renowned brand? Villeroy & Boch is looking for a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our Dining & Lifestyle division in Central Germany/NRW.

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the strategic development of our sales region.

Your Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for the comprehensive support and development of our existing key accounts within the Dining & Lifestyle segment in your assigned sales territory.
2. With your digital mindset, you will holistically advise our customers along the entire customer journey – whether in brick-and-mortar retail or integrated e-commerce solutions.
3. Together with our customers, you will maximize sales and identify new growth opportunities.
4. Through potential analyses and the evaluation of dashboards and KPIs, you will actively contribute to the further development of the sales region.
5. You will be an integral part of international and cross-divisional sales projects.

Your Profile:

For this key position, we are looking for a strategically thinking and implementation-driven individual who can elevate our most important customer relationships to a new level. The role requires not only excellent sales skills but also strategic foresight, leadership qualities in project contexts, and the ability to shape and expand complex business relationships.

6. A degree in Business Administration
7. Documented successes in developing and expanding major accounts, including revenue growth and profitability improvement
8. In-depth understanding of digital sales channels, e-commerce strategies, and the optimization of the customer journey in a digital world
9. Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory.
10. Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
11. Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
