Drawing on the parent company’s strengths and experience in new energy as well as its localized service teams in Europe, Strong has begun marketing solar modules, inverters, energy storage batteries, and integrated system solutions across Europe.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking to hire a Technical Support & After Sales Engineer for our new product category: Solar & Battery, at the earliest possible date.
After-Sales Support
Act as the primary interface for handling customer after-sales feedback, analyze and identify product- and technology-related issues, and drive issues to full resolution. Build and continuously improve the after-sales support system, optimize handling efficiency and service quality, and consistently enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
~ Technical Support
Provide technical support to overseas local technical teams to ensure smooth dealer operations and after-sales services, and follow up on the closure of product-related issues. Track project development and delivery processes, control technical and delivery risks, and lead functional and applicability validation of products in target markets. Prepare or consolidate product technical documentation, project solution design documents, and technical materials for tenders. Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales technical support, product management, or related roles within the industry, with a strong understanding of energy storage systems and end-user application scenarios.
Solid commercial awareness, able to work closely with sales and marketing teams to support the achievement of business objectives.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered a plus.
