Ideally at least 3 years’ experience working in a customer service / kundenservice (phone, chat or email) role with proven ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency (for example as a Kundenberater, Customer Service Agent, Call Centre Agent or similar). Basic understanding of automotive operations (dealerships, wholesale, auctions, inventory flow) and familiarity with vehicle terminology, VINs, titles and inspection processes would be advantageous, but is not essential. Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and stay professional under pressure. Proactive in diagnosing issues, managing expectations and staying calm during escalations. Comfortable navigating multiple systems during customer interactions (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ticketing tools e.g. Salesforce, Genesys, Service Cloud). What You’ll Be Doing First point of contact for buyers and sellers on our automotive marketplace handling everything from general enquiries and vehicle logistics to finance queries and claims. Build strong customer relationships by being their trusted go-to for day-to-day support and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience throughout the vehicle buying and selling process. Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, from listings and sales queries to disputes and claims. You will manage escalations and work closely with our logistics, finance, sales, buyer and operations teams to ensure every case is handled smoothly. Be a part of something big!
