Strategic Project Lawyer
The firm advises clients on all aspects of business law relevant to their activities.
* The Strategic Project Lawyer will advise clients during the entire life-cycle of their strategic projects.
* The lawyer will work on structuring, setting-up, and organizing regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs).
* The lawyer will advise on the most-suited investment set-up for clients, drafting of vehicles' issuing- and constitutional documents, agreements with service providers, and preparing of filings with regulatory authorities as needed.
Key aspects of this role include:
1. Developing a deep understanding of client needs and providing expert advice on investment management.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure and organize AIFs and AIFMs.
3. Advising on investment set-ups and drafting key documents.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Master's degree in law (or equivalent), preferably completed by an LL.M.
* A strong appetite for Investment Management activities.
* Excellent analytical skills, open-mindedness, dynamism, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously.
