As a key operational leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless site operations and driving productivity across the network.

A typical day will involve working on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on owning and driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards. You will also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation.
About the Role:
The team manages the entire service for heavy items like furniture and large home appliances, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. We offer extra customer care, including unpacking, assembling, and installing items, and taking away old ones where needed. With a focus on safety, productivity, and innovation, we are changing the way customers buy and receive large goods.
