About the role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of original equipment service accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
* Manage a portfolio of OEM accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to increase market share.
* Negotiate contracts, discuss pricing, and agree on annual terms.
* Cordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
* Accurately forecast sales performance and report customer pipeline.
* Support product development by identifying new business opportunities.
* Administer standard procedures such as warranty procedures and updating of the OEM supplier platform.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* At least B2 level of German and fluent in business English.
* Completed technical and/or commercial studies.
* Experience in B2B business/projects.
* Project or Product Management experience with technical/commercial responsibilities.
* Strategic thinking and well-developed negotiation skills.
* Technical understanding of mobile applications (e.g. HVAC) and electronic solutions.
* Sales-data analysis, budget- and forecast planning.
* Preparation and execution of company- and product presentations (internal/external).
* Participation at relevant exhibitions.
* Maintain relevant documentation (ERP system, Product Information, Project Mgt. data).
