What to expect:
1. E2E Lifecycle Management: Leading and coordinating the technical evaluation/selection, introduction, integration, commissioning, fine-tuning and maintenance of backside metallization modules and relevant equipment
2. Management of the team in the area of backside metallization equipment: Establishing a team structure, imparting skills, and sustainably increasing competitiveness in equipment technology
3. Technology evaluations and planning of relevant manufacturing equipment: Preparing key technologies and building expertise in core equipment technology
4. Responsibility: You will handle equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements with second sources to improve overall competence in terms of efficiency, stability, and throughput and to resolve critical technical issues
What you bring along:
5. Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a comparable field within the semiconductor industry
6. At least 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of backside metallization equipment for semiconductors
7. Practical experience in the introduction or production of SiC products in fabs is required
8. You have good knowledge of backside metallization equipment in semiconductor manufacturing, including grinding, sawing, laser scribing, laser marking, chip handling, backside cleaning, and backside annealing
9. You possess the ability to independently carry out conversions and improvements on equipment and can conduct analyses and develop solutions for deviations in online machines and products
10. Ideally, you are familiar with ion beam processing, cutting, backside printing, backside cleaning, and annealing equipment, and have extensive knowledge of equipment design architecture
11. Experience in the mass production of semiconductor technology is advantageous
12. Your enthusiasm and assertiveness make it easy for you to train new employees and support your team in achieving goals. Experience in team development and technical leadership is beneficial
13. Experience in the mass production of semiconductor technology is advantageous
14. Your hands-on mentality and open attitude towards intercultural work environments make it easy for you to quickly adapt to new environments
15. In addition to excellent communication and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German and/or Chinese is also advantageous
