1. Lead complex marketing projects and initiatives to drive business growth
2. Resolve complex marketing problems and develop innovative solutions
3. Determine methods and procedures for new marketing assignments

8. Strategic Growth & Brand Leadership: Define and lead the DEATCH consumer marketing strategy for ambitious growth and market leadership.

9. Integrated Marketing & Product Storytelling: Design and execute fully integrated campaigns for consumers. Bring market-leading products to life via a series of launches and enhancements, translating features into compelling benefits across all channels.

10. End-to-End Marketing Management: Own the entire marketing process from end-to-end, including strategic planning, meticulous budget management, rigorous ROI tracking, and seamless execution across all paid, earned, and owned media channels.

11. High-Performance Team Leadership: Empower, and inspire a world-class DEATCH integrated marketing team, directly leading and mentoring talent.

12. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the wider marketing squads (including Brand, CRM, partnerships, media) and beyond marketing with sales, product, measurement, legal, and more.

13. Data-Driven Impact: Use advanced analytics and consumer market intelligence to optimise ROI and inform critical business decisions.

Meet The Team

Our Consumer Marketing team in Berlin drives customer acquisition and engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll report to the Senior Director, DEATCH Consumer Marketing, and work closely with Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Product Marketing teams across Europe and globally. If you’re a strategic, hands-on Marketing Expert who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering measurable impact, our team and this role are for you.

What We're Looking For

14. 12+ years marketing experience, with time spent in a senior strategic role focused on DE or DEATCH consumer market growth

15. Proven expertise in defining and executing market-leading integrated consumer marketing strategies that drive significant commercial impact

16. Exceptional strategic thinking, translating market dynamics into clear, actionable plans.

17. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across global and diverse functional teams

18. Strong background in the payments industry is a plus

19. Inspirational leader with a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent

20. Outstanding communication and influencing skills

21. Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience required

22. German native speaker or native level is a prerequisite

23. Fluent Business English is a prerequisite
