These exciting tasks await you:
* Management and maintenance of the entire hardware lifecycle (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
* Recording, documentation, and updating of all IT assets in the asset management system.
* Creation of demand requirements in close coordination with the purchasing department.
* Conducting internal inventories and reconciling our stock levels.
* Taking back and documenting returned devices.
* Coordinating repairs, RMA processes, and replacement devices.
* Creating reports, evaluations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders and to ensure correct billing.
* Working closely with service managers, purchasing, and the warehouse.
Your profile:
* Vocational degree in IT or business (e.g., IT specialist, IT support, industrial/office clerk).
* Structured, careful, and process-oriented approach to work.
* High level of customer and service orientation, confident conduct.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
* Interest in hardware components, IT environments, and tools is desirable.
* Good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English for documentation and communication.
