You will work in a modern, innovative environment and develop high-end surgical microscopes for neurosurgery. Your main tasks will include: /p ulliOwning the architecture of a new high-end neurosurgery microscope /liliDriving the development by designing, implementing, and maintaining software /liliProviding technical leadership and mentoring to the development team /liliCollaborating closely with other development teams and departments /liliCoordinating technical aspects with external development partners /liliCreating technical and release documentation, as well as architecture diagrams /liliSupporting cybersecurity activities, including evaluating analysis results /liliConducting code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards and specifications /li /ul pbYour Profile /b /p ulliA university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field /liliProfund professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Software Architect in regulated en-vironments (medical, automotive, military) /liliExtensive experience in developing and owning software architecture for complex systems /liliStrong knowledge of C++ 14/17/20, with a proven track record of implementing complex software /liliProficiency in Object-Oriented Development (OOD, OOP) and design patterns /liliDeep understanding of software development methodologies, including agile practices /liliExcellent communication, problem-solving, and software engineering skills /liliExperience in mentoring and leading development teams /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and German /li /ul p Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: /pSabrina Rieker
