Are you passionate about social media and skilled in creating compelling content, and experienced in analysing performance? They are looking for a dynamic Social Media Content Specialist to join the team of a sports equipment company in Krefeld, Germany!
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that showcases cutting-edge sports gear and connect with athletes and enthusiasts. You’ll also analyse the performance of each post, track key metrics, and use these insights to refine our strategy and boost audience engagement.
TYPE: Full-time, starting with a 2-year contract, with the potential for a permanent contract.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday, flexible hours available, fully office based
SALARY: 40k-45k EUR/month

LOCATION: Düsseldorf(Krefeld), Germany
Social Media Specialist Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with company goals
* Plan, create, and publish engaging, platform-specific content (posts, images, videos, stories)
* Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments and messages
* Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions)
* Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features
* Visit locations during matches or events to gather content materials
* Conduct interviews with athletes
* Identify and expand into new social media platforms as needed
Operations Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
* More than 3 years of experience as a Professional Social Media Specialist
* Essential skills or experience: content creation, analysing, and German language skills
* Essential Knowledge: Adobe photoshop and other related photo/video editing tools
* Native level fluency in German and business level fluency in English
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external departments
* Good understanding of Japanese corporate culture would be appreciated
