Aufgaben der Stelle
1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management:Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
3、HR Strategy Alignment:Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
4、Performance Management:Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.
1、Education:Bachelor’s degree required.
3、HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).
5、Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.
