To strengthen our growing Compliance Team in our regulated payment institution, Riverty is looking for a dedicated working student.
In this position, you will assist the Compliance Team in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes related to customer onboarding, as well as in the monitoring of transactions. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support in Onboarding: You will assist the KYC Onboarding process for new and existing clients. This includes performing PEP and sanctions screening, as well as ongoing monitoring.
* Support in Transaction Monitoring: You will analyse, assess, and document transactions with potential money laundering relevance based on defined thresholds, criteria, and risk patterns.
* Administrative Support: You will take on various administrative tasks, such as processing contracts and implementing changes to processes and guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate on diverse projects with experienced Compliance Experts.
What you bring to the team:
· Strong analytical and communication skills, along with a structured approach to work
· A high willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions precisely
· Experience in conducting KYC reviews is desirable
· Knowledge or affinity with relevant laws and regulations is a plus (i.e., German Geldwäschegesetz)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are essential
