Job Description About your tasks: Drive leadership development, succession planning, and the design of leadership programs that prepare Redcare for the future. Lead and develop a team of five direct reports, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Partner closely with the board, HRBPs, and business leaders to align organizational and cultural initiatives with company needs. Lead organizational setup and change initiatives, including new team structures, cultural integration following M&A, and long-term strategic planning. Act as a change agent, ensuring transparent communication while introducing new strategies and supporting business growth. Use data and insights to evaluate offerings, measure impact, and drive continuous improvements in development and culture.
