As a working student (m/f/d), you will gain a wide range of insights into the purchasing processes within the Fashion & Accessories product group. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute as an equal member of the team and become part of the Gebr. Heinemann family. Your responsibilities will include, in particular
* support the seasonal purchasing process with purchasing-related evaluations and analyses, as well as handling the preparation and follow-up of order dates
* assist with the order and product master data maintenance using standard tools (SAP, Excel, etc.)
* assist in the creation and preparation of presentations for internal coordination and the preparation of meetings
* support the coordination of product range-related point-of-sale (POS) activities
Preferred Profile
* an advanced degree in economics
* ideally some initial practical experience in purchasing
* proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* strong communication and teamwork skills
* an independent and structured approach to work, combined with an eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
* analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers, data and facts, as well as for creating presentations and performing administrative tasks
* enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment
