Key Responsibilities:
* Expand scientific and technical knowledge while preserving existing expertise.
* Conduct concept studies for new product ideas to drive innovation.
* Work on model calculations, experimental laboratory setups, design of experiments, patents, and more.
* Manage research and development programs (structuring, planning, executing, documenting, and reflecting).
* Submit regular reports to supervisors.
* Collaborate internally and externally on patents, reports, presentations, workshops, and other projects.
* Participate in conferences and trade fairs.
Requirements:
* University degree in material sciences, chemistry, or similar fields.
* Experience in polymer and material sciences.
* Background in laboratory environments.
* Knowledge of printed electronics considered beneficial.
* Familiarity with MS Office and data analysis tools.
* Ability to handle customer and supplier interactions effectively.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is highly valued.
