Your Responsibilities
* Analysis, preparation, and visualization of multimedia data from different sources
* Preparation and management of data annotation for training AI models
* Ensuring data quality and integrity
* Conducting ad-hoc data analyses
* Development and maintenance of reports
* Close collaboration with specialist departments to support data-driven decision-making and model training
* Creation, maintenance, and further development of data privacy policies, processes, and documentation
* Development of data management processes, data protection impact assessments, and risk analyses
* Contact person for the Data Protection Officer and internal/external advisory and legal departments
Your profile
* Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security/Law, or a comparable qualification (qualified career changer possible)
* Strong Python skills (at least 2 years of professional experience)
* Experience with data analysis and statistics tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib)
* Ability to present complex data in an understandable way
* Experience or interest in building and using data processing pipelines for training AI models
* Plus: knowledge and practical understanding of ensuring data quality, fairness and bias minimization, as well as robustness of AI systems
* Experience and/or interest in German, European and international data protection law (GDPR, EU AI Act; healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, MDR)
* Plus: experience in building, implementing and/or using data protection management systems
* Analytical and structured working style with high problem-solving skills
* Team orientation and self-initiative
* Strong communication, persuasiveness and diplomatic demeanor
* Reliability, high discretion and sense of responsibility
* Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
* Proficient command of English, both spoken and written
