We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquistion Lead to scale our People function during a phase of rapid growth. You will shape TYTAN’s HR operations across Germany and Ukraine. Your roadmap to make an impact Design and lead TYTAN’s talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier technical, operational, and business talent Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Build the foundation of TYTAN’s HR and People operations together with our People & Culture team — introducing scalable processes, best practices, and policies Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define organizational needs and translate them into effective hiring roadmaps Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles Support building TYTAN’s employer brand through strategic outreach, events, and partnerships with universities and industry networks Implement structured, fair, and scalable recruitment processes that ensure diversity and inclusion across all hiring activities Drive data-informed decision-making by tracking and analyzing recruiting and organizational growth metrics Mentor and guide hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experience Assist with international growth by supporting entity setup, cross-border hiring, and building scalable HR infrastructure Who you are 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR/People Operations, preferably within high-growth startups or scale-ups Proven track record in building HR and recruitment functions from the ground up during early-stage hypergrowth Experience with technical and hard-to-fill hiring, ideally in aerospace, robotics, or defense industries Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools (Personio, DATEV Payroll, Greenhouse, or similar) Strong knowledge of German labor law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions Strategic thinker with executional drive—you lead by doing Deep belief in people as a company’s most valuable asset and a passion for building culture by design Empathetic communicator who builds trust across diverse teams Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams and cultures Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving Fluent in both German and English Why TYTAN?
