Your Responsibilities
* The TV AdOperations team in Cologne is looking for a support that carries out preliminary research activities, extracts and edits TV campaign data, drafts presentations and prepares smaller TV plans. In close exchange with the TV AdOps team, the working student gains insights into the implementation of a TV campaign: from briefing to planning, booking and campaign management to final reporting and analysis.
* Support the TV AdOperations team in the strategic counselling of RTL Ad Alliance’s sales colleagues by extracting and editing various data and preparing présentations
* Prepare smaller TV plans based on the sales briefings and client’s objectives
* Creation and evaluation of post-campaign analyses
* Work with various different planning and analyses Tools
* Create PowerPoint presentations
Your Profile
* Student in Media or Marketing
* Analytical: You have a high level of numeracy, can identify problems and come up with ideas on how to solve them
* Great commitment, proactivity and reliability
* Strong attention to detail and independent method of working
* Time Management: In this fast-paced environment, it’s important to set priorities and focus on output
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as well as with macro, Power Automate and AI agents expertise and implementation experience
* Good communication skills in English & German, written and verbal, and no hesitations to ask questions

You will work in the TV AdOperations team that focuses on the consultancy, planning and execution of TV campaigns. Important focus areas are in the implementation of a TV campaign: from briefing to planning, booking and campaign management to final reporting and analysis.
