In this role, you will lead a growing cross-functional team that designs the system landscape and processes behind areas like customer service, trading, and sales operations.You will define the strategic direction of LIQID’s operations function, lead the team’s roadmap execution, and champion the use of automation and AI to scale our business. Working closely with product, engineering, sales and senior leadership, you will ensure that LIQID’s operational backbone is robust, efficient, and ready for future growth.What exactly will you do?Build, lead, and develop LIQID’s operations team, setting the vision, structure, and culture for operational excellenceIdentify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign and streamline core processesShape the strategic roadmap for scalable operations, reducing manual effort and enabling growth across customer service, sales, trading, and complianceApply emerging technologies such as AI to simplify workflows, reduce complexity, and elevate the client experienceChampion operational excellence as a foundation for great client experiences, ensuring our processes and infrastructure reflect the high standards LIQID and its clients strive for.What you bring8+ years of experience in operations, process management, or scaling tech-enabled businesses, ideally in fintech or financial servicesA strong track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to implementationDeep understanding of operational workflows and tooling, with a sharp eye for automation and continuous improvementExperience applying emerging technologies like AI to solve business problems and improve internal efficiencyA structured, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to align teams, stakeholders, and leadership around shared goalsWhat we offerDiversity: Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our diverse team of international talents from day one.Flexibility: We don’t complicate your life.
