What you can expect
1. You support DKV’s business units in defining new requirements in the web environment and in planning their implementation, both in projects and change initiatives.
2. You foster a strong understanding of product planning in an empirical working environment and share your expertise in agility and its practical application.
3. You ensure that the Product Owner maintains and orders the Product Backlog in the most efficient and value‑driven way possible.
4. Your responsibilities include coaching the development team towards self‑organization and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
5. You support development teams in delivering high‑quality products and help remove impediments to the development process.
6. You guide and coach the organization in the adoption of Scrum and work closely with other Scrum Masters to continuously improve the effectiveness of agile implementations across the organization.
What makes you stand out
7. You hold a degree in business, economics or a technical field (e.g. Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or similar), ideally with a focus on e‑commerce / e‑business, or a comparable qualification.
8. You have initial professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an IT environment.
9. You are passionate about agility, coaching and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
10. You are a strong communicator with a consistently solution‑oriented mindset.
Ideally, you bring a background in software development.
11. You have fluent German skills and very good English skills.
