About the role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly from both a technical and operational perspective. You'll be the go-to person for employees and visitors alike, supporting everything from IT tools to event logistics.
This is a 12-month full-time, office-based contract in Stuttgart, with occasional flexibility needed for evening or weekend events.
You’ll be part of the global Workplace Operations & Experience team, working closely with colleagues across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, acting as the main point of contact for facilities and tech support.
* Organize and support internal and external events, community meetups, and client workshops.
* Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and operational.
* Log and maintain data related to health & safety, sustainability, and budget tracking.
* Provide basic support on workplace technologies (Zoom, Google Workspace, Apple devices).
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employee devices and access.
* Troubleshoot building and tech-related issues and coordinate solutions.
* Collaborate with regional teams to deliver engagement and connection initiatives.
Must-Have Requirements
* Experience managing office operations and events (virtual or in-person).
* Customer service mindset and great communication skills.
* Interest in technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
* Hands-on, proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English (German is a plus but not mandatory).
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Familiarity with collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace).
* Experience with MacOS, Apple Devices, or Zendesk.
* Previous work in multicultural, dynamic environments.
