* You have experience as a barista in specialty coffee
* You have experience in leading and managing teams
* You enjoy working in a lively coffee shop environment
* You are communicative, friendly and customer oriented
* You work clean, fast, organized
* You are self-motivated, reliable and punctual
* You speak fluent English, your German is business fluent
