The role of HRIS and Portfolio Coordinator is pivotal in the Group Human Resources department.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities of our HR information systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Additionally, this Coordinator will oversee user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems and their interface with third-party systems. They will also support HR units in digitalizing their processes, maintain user permissions in HRIS systems, and perform system upgrades.
This Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, driving planning, development, testing, and implementation of systems. This includes providing training and technical support.
Essential skills for this position include proficiency in IT tools and systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality. The Coordinator must be fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
