Tasks Process Design, Mapping & Continuous Improvement You own a clearly defined part of the commercial B2B SaaS lifecycle (e.g. Lead to Demo or Order to Renewal). You create detailed process maps, workflows, and scalable to-be designs. You identify inefficiencies using KPIs and data insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Solution Development & Technical Feasibility Alignment You act as a solution co-designer, balancing business needs with technical feasibility. You collaborate closely with our Business Application Owners (HubSpot, SugarCRM and supporting tools such as eSignature or conversation intelligence). You write structured business requirements, PRDs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Process Rollout, Adoption & Continuous Delivery Support You partner with Sales Enablement to document and communicate process changes. You support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-release stabilization. Strong skills in process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and in working with cross-functional teams. Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, SugarCRM) and related tools. Strong analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a drive for continuous improvement.
