We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our global Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategy. The role involves defining and governing the global EHS framework, enabling the organization to apply these frameworks effectively while fostering a proactive safety culture and driving continuous improvement.
* Focusing on defining the global EHS strategy and ensuring it aligns with corporate goals.
* Advising senior management on risks, opportunities, and measures for improvement.
* Developing and enforcing global EHS policies and ensuring compliance through overseeing audits, inspections, and performance monitoring across all sites.
* Leading and developing a global EHS team.
Requirements:
* 8 years in a comparable management position.
* Practical experience in production, process optimization, and change management.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Fluency in English and German.
