Responsibilities
Your role :
* As a Director, ERP Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in our business transformation program utilizing HANA technologies.
* Lead end-to-end SAP projects, with strong focus on change and transformation management approaches.
* Drive initiatives in S/4HANA modules such as SD and MM to enhance service levels for our customers.
* Provide leadership across SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EHS, EWM, and related systems like GTS, MDG, GRC, Ariba, and Concur.
* Shape the future of our supply processes with GTS and Ariba, ensuring solution readiness and effective integration.
* Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, deliverables, and risks, and apply SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
* Lead multi-disciplinary process teams through the complexities of large-scale SAP programs and ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
* Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and gather feedback from stakeholders while maintaining strong stakeholder management.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Contribute to implementing new operating values for our customers and turning strategy into tangible results.
Qualifications
* You hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, including SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
* You demonstrate strong management capabilities in business transformation programs.
* You possess knowledge and experience in leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with key processes such as Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan, Plan to Produce, and Purchase to Pay.
* You are experienced in SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EHS, EWM, and systems like GTS, MDG, GRC, Ariba, and Concur.
* You have a strong understanding of SAP BTP, MDG, and GTS.
