We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our clients dynamic team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to support client processes and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
* Design and configure SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll (German-specific), and Employee Self Service (ESS / MSS).
* Support end-to-end implementation and rollout projects across Germany.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise workflows.
* Provide second and third-level support for SAP HCM systems.
* Document technical specifications and user manuals.
* Conduct system testing and support user training and change management.
Qualifications & Requirements :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. (preferably though not essential)
* Proven experience (3+ years) working with SAP HCM modules with a specific focus on PY (payroll)
* Strong understanding of German payroll and labor law compliance within SAP.
* Experience with integrations to SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, or SAP S / 4HANA is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proficient in both German and English (B2+) .
