Document Controller / Site Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller / Site Administrator to support our expanding construction project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the on-site team. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Document & Data Management
* Manage, track, and record all general site correspondence using internal databases.
* Ensure all project documentation is stored, updated, and controlled in line with company procedures.
* Assist in the administration of labour records, plant, materials, and returns.
Site Administration
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Contracts Manager and wider project team.
* Coordinate day-to-day site office activities to ensure smooth operations.
* Support the Health & Safety team with the administration and recording of safety documentation.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the Contracts Manager, site management, and project teams to support overall project delivery.
* Maintain clear communication across departments to facilitate efficient workflow and document handling.
Specific Requirements
* 1–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or document control role (construction industry experience is an advantage).
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with databases or document management systems.
* High level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
