Job Description

* During your internship you will extend battery models for aging analysis.
* You will simulate various charging scenarios (V2H, V2G, uncontrolled charging, fast charging) and optimize charging strategies considering market and climate conditions.
* Moreover, you will analyze and evaluate data.
* Finally, you will create scientific documentation and presentations.


Qualifications

* Education: Master studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Physics or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge: excellent Python skills (numpy, pandas, scipy, sklearn); experience in battery modeling; solid knowledge in the optimization and simulation of energy systems; experience with version control systems (e.g. Git); basic understanding of aging processes in lithium-ion batteries
* Personality and Working Practice: you are highly motivated with a strong ability to work independently, while also excelling in team environments
* Languages: fluent in German and/or English


Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
