Role: Customer Service Specialist B2B

Hybrid: Munich, Germany

Customer Service Specialist B2B – Customer Service Specialist B2B


Do you have experience in B2B customer service and remain calm even when a managing director reacts under stress? Do you work in a structured, clear, and solution-oriented manner – without the pressure of a call center?

What is the role about?

For a growing software company (ERP & SaaS solutions for workshops, car dealerships, and small businesses), we are looking for two Customer Service Specialists to support our existing B2B clients.


No mass call center environment. No sales targets.



3–5 years of experience in B2B customer service/support


Native-level German (or at least C1 level)


Good English skills (for internal coordination)


Confident and clear communication skills


Ability to de-escalate challenging situations


Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely


Experience with SaaS, ERP, or licensing models is a plus, but not required.
