As a dynamic HR Business Partner team member, you will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day operations while actively contributing to various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support HR Business Partners in managing daily topics related to employees and managers.
* Participate in HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function.
* Assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR projects.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
* A high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
* Ability to handle time schedules and tasks efficiently.
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused in your work.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or German; Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
