SAP IBP Consultant (Mid-Level) · Permanent - 80% Remote · Germany
Recann is supporting a boutique SAP Supply Chain Planning consultancy as they expand their SAP IBP delivery team across Germany and the wider DACH region.
This role sits within the core delivery layer, working closely with senior architects while independently managing functional workstreams within SAP IBP transformation projects.
Key responsibilities:
• SAP IBP functional configuration and solution delivery
• Running client workshops and supporting planning process design
• Managing testing cycles and validation activities
• Supporting go-live preparation and hypercare
• Delivering IBP workstreams independently
• Collaborating closely with solution architects and project leads
Experience required:
• 3–4 years SAP IBP experience
• 1–2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations
• Consulting or client-facing project experience
• Ability to independently manage smaller project streams
Functional focus:
SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with exposure to areas such as:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
• Inventory Planning
Language requirements:
• German – B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
• Professional English
Working model:
• Germany based (preferred)
• 80% remote work
• 4-day work week (36 hours)
