Tasks
1. Assisting with surgical procedures, including instrument preparation and intraoperative support
2. Confident handling of medical and technical equipment
3. Patient related administration and accurate documentation
4. Preparation and post-processing of materials and instruments for surgical procedures
5. Supporting the positioning of patients
Profile
6. Completed education as a Surgery Technology Assistant (OTA) obtained abroad
7. Recognition notice (Anerkennungsbescheid) issued by the Bavarian State Office for Nursing (Bayerisches Landesamt für Pflege)
8. German language skills at a minimum level of B2, with a willingness to continuously improve your language proficiency
9. Motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of our team and provide support to our patients
10. Friendliness, a strong sense of responsibility, and professionalism
11. Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients
12. High willingness to learn
13. Motivation and discipline to complete your recognition process in a timely manner
