About the role:
We’re looking for a bold, data-driven and creative Working Student - Influencer Marketing DACH (based in Berlin, Munich or remote from Germany) who knows how to spot authentic voices, and can turn influencer partnerships into real collaborations and help snuggs grow. You'll be the connector between our brand and the creators who inspire their communities to embrace period pride.
What you’ll do:
* Identify and reach out to new influencers who align with our brand values
* Manage relationships with existing snuggs ambassadors in the DACH market
* Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns – from goal-setting to reporting results
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize based on data
* Support the development of a strong, loyal network of brand advocates
* Keep an eye on social trends in DACH and suggest fresh ideas for collaborations
You’re a good fit if you…:
* Are enrolled at a German University for around 1 year in Marketing, Business or a related field
* Have native-level proficiency in German (C2-Level) and are fluent in English
* Are available for around 20 hours per week
* Already have some initial experience in influencer marketing or a similar area, and are eager to gain hands-on experience while exploring other marketing channels along the way
* Enjoy combining analytical thinking, creative ideas, and organizational tasks in your work
* Are reliable, detail-oriented, and love working in a communicative, fast-paced environment where you can take responsibility and grow
