🎯 Your Responsibilities
* Own a portfolio of strategic B2B clients, becoming their trusted advisor and long-term partner
* Lead the full post-sale journey—onboarding, training, health monitoring, and expansion
* Deliver insights and recommendations to help customers get the most out of the platform
* Proactively manage account risks and opportunities, driving renewals and upsells
* Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support teams
* Contribute to process improvements and share best practices across the Customer Success team
✅ What You Bring
* 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role
* Strong track record with enterprise or high-value B2B clients
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Based in or open to relocating to Munich
* Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment
* Experience in operational platforms or cross-functional SaaS tools is a bonus
