As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you are responsible for driving the commercial success of our Oncology portfolio within your territory. Performance and Growth : Deliver and exceed sales targets by identifying growth levers, unlocking barriers, and continuously optimizing resource deployment.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate actively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to enable aligned, high-quality customer engagement.
Analyze territory trends and data to inform strategy, anticipate market changes, and adjust plans in real time.
Operational Excellence : Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM, ensure ethical promotional spend, and demonstrate agility in supporting strategic initiatives and business projects.

Proven, exceptional track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally in gastrointestinal (GI) oncology we are looking for top-tier performers who consistently exceed targets and set new industry benchmarks.
Exceptional account management capabilities and the ability to navigate and influence within complex customer environments – strategic, analytical, and relentlessly customer-focused.
Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification according to §75 AMG.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
The size of territory will necessitate appropriate management of travel requirements to ensure coverage of customers as directed by the management team
