Responsibilities
1. IAM Ticket Processing: Perform manual fulfillment of access requests and incidents, ensuring timely and accurate execution in line with defined SLAs and security policies
2. User Support & Advisory: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on access requests, entitlement issues, and IAM-related processes
3. Access Provisioning & Changes: Execute direct access changes in various target systems (,granting, modifying, and revoking permissions) in accordance with approved requests and compliance requirements
4. Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) Processing: Carry out manual steps within JML workflows, ensuring that onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities are completed reliably and in a timely manner
5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities are properly documented and aligned with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations
Profile
6. Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory - additional language skills in German, French, or Italian are considered advantageous
7. IT Support experience
8. First experience with Active Directory / EntraID /M365
9. (advantageous): Experience with IAM / IGA Software (SailPoint, Saviynt, Novell IDM, ...)
10. (advantageous): Experience with Exchange / mailbox management
11. (advantageous): Experience PowerShell (executing scripts, not writing them)
12. (advantageous): Engineering skills & experience is advantageous (as administrator of AD, EntraID, Azure or Exchange)
