Job Description The department Process Design & Digitalization at our location in Hannover-Stöcken shapes and drives the process digitalization of our worldwide R&D organization. The Module Owner (e.g. for Requirement Management) is responsible for transforming business requirements related to digitalization into effective IT solutions within the R&D system landscape. Their primary goal is to deliver efficient, future-proof digital solutions, with a particular focus on the Life Lifecycle Management system in the R&D Tires environment. Your Responsibilities Coordinate iterative processes from concept design to final provisioning of digital solutions with focus on own module Align and harmonize business requirements of various stakeholders as well as steer all involved functions Develop and create future picture of own module Continuously improve digital solutions and/or processes connected to own module to ensure quality and efficiency gains Support the organization in testing and training of new digital solutions Act as contact person for R&D IT and stakeholders within area of responsibility Lead and/or participate in operational and strategic process digitalization projects
