Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a Business Analyst for MES build and deployment projects
* Collaborate with shop floor SMEs to capture and refine requirements
* Translate expectations into clear functional and technical requirements
* Prepare CM MES training documentation
* Deliver training sessions to German SMEs together with onsite resources
Must-Have Skills:
* Strong understanding of manufacturing shop floor processes
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in MES environments
* German (B2+) and English fluency required
* Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
