We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team focusing on digital payments and stablecoin products. You will play a central role in supporting the Head of Marketing by taking full ownership of product marketing efforts related to product launches and lifecycle marketing, ensuring our product value propositions reach the right audiences across the right channels. We are looking for a digital-native marketing manager who ideally understands the digital asset and institutional landscape, has experience leading product marketing for (stablecoin) payments, fintech, or financial services products, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about driving results through storytelling, digital strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead Digital Product Marketing Initiatives: Drive all digital marketing activities for our payments and stablecoin products, including go-to-market planning, campaign development, lifecycle engagement, and performance tracking. Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with product, sales, business development, and communications teams to ensure synchronized execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
Own Digital Channel Strategy: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across web, email, paid search, social, and other relevant digital channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Ecosystem Enablement: Support business development efforts by co-creating go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners, including exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, financial institutions and fintech platforms.
Analytics & Optimization: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness based on data insights and market feedback.
3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Product Marketing, ideally within the payments, fintech, digital asset, or crypto industry.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a bias for action.
Fluent in English; German native language skills are a strong plus.
Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in campaign analytics, web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO platforms), and A/B testing.
Confidence working with regulatory topics and breaking down technical content into compelling narratives.
