Technical Sales Engineer required with a focus on the fastest-moving segment in mobility, this is a unique opportunity join a battery tech startup driving 2-wheeler and specialty EV disruption across Europe


Our client is a venture-backed battery startup redefining charging for high-growth mobility sectors. Their ultra-fast lithium-ion tech powers 2-wheelers, delivery EVs, and utility vehicles in urban and last-mile markets. With deep R&D, full-stack capability, and real-world traction, they move fast and think bold. You’ll drive commercial expansion across Europe’s 2-wheeler and small EV landscape, unlocking market share, winning strategic customers, and bringing next-gen battery tech into fleet and vehicle platforms that scale. You’ll be key to winning the race in sectors where charging speed, cost, and performance mean everything.


Key Responsibilities:

* Drive business development and lead technical sales into 2W OEMs and other micro-mobility markets.
* Deliver custom battery solutions through consultative, engineering-led engagement.
* Define go-to-market playbook across target micro-mobility segments.
* Own end-to-end customer development—from pitch to post-launch support.
* Build brand presence at key industry events and expos.


Must-Have Requirements:

* Strong grasp of 2-Wheeler and small-format EV market dynamics in Europe.
* 5+ years in technical sales or BD in EV, battery, or mobility sectors.
* Proven track record of new business development successes.
* Background in battery systems, charging infrastructure, or power electronics.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a hands-on, ambiguous, fast-growth environment.
* Strong communicator, able to simplify tech and close strategic deals.
* Existing network across 2W and micro-mobility OEM’s.
