Your Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of initiatives focused on process optimization, quality improvement, and digital transformation around core systems
* Serve as the bridge between business and IT, working across countries (CH/DE/FR/UK)
* Manage the full lifecycle of requirements: business need → analysis → solution design, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
* Take ownership of subprojects and evaluate innovative ideas
* Act as a trusted contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors
* Conduct system tests and ensure high-quality applications
Your Profile
* Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
* Strong ability to structure complex projects, develop solutions, and drive results
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Data-driven mindset; able to analyze technical data to support decisions
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Business Central) and PowerBI
* Excellent German and very good English, with willingness to travel for on-site visits
* Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude
