Support operational processes and procedures that minimize shrinkage and increase profitability.
• Initiate sales promotions such as offering additional items and assisting our customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Apply quality standards, procedures, and established policies in the store (sales, product replenishment, etc.)
• Carry out order management, warehouse management, inventory management, returns, restocking, etc., Ensure cleanliness and order in all areas of the store.
• Adhere to the guidelines of the Visual Merchandising department.
Good numeracy and verbal communication skills in German
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Intermediate to advanced English skills
